This is a wide linen banquet tablecloth with roses circa 1900-1920. This white linen tablecloth measures 88 by 180 inches, the hems are turned and stitched by hand using tiny stitches, the damask pattern is of garden roses over the entire cloth, very lovely! There are 2 faint smudges and about 6 small, well done hand darns and 4 teensy pinholes, the tablecloth is otherwise in very good condition, I have washed and pressed it. The linen is very soft and smooth with a fine drape and hand, the good stuff. |
