This is a lovely child’s sheet all hand stitched of the finest quality cotton from about 1920. This sheet measures 46 by 64, it came from a wealthy estate that had only the very finest linens from the adults right on down to the infant linens, only the best would do! The cotton of this sheet is very soft and weighty, the mitered corners are stitched by hand with the hand stitched hem running all the way around the sheet, another signature of superb quality. The blue embroidered design is simple but elegant, the handwork is beautiful! This sheet is in excellent condition, I have washed and pressed it. This sheet would make a wonderful gift! |
