Handmade black silk Chantilly lace flounce circa mid 1800s Handmade black silk Chantilly lace flounce circa mid 1800s. There are 4 pieces of lace, the top is likely machine made, it measures 1.5 by 90 inches, there is a tear in the center and an occasional small hole. The bottom piece is in 3 pieces, it is handmade, the pieces measure 4.5 by 66, 60 and 66 inches 1 pc has small scattered holes, 1 has a repair and a few small holes and 1 has 3 holes one of them about an inch wide, I would call both pieces fair to good.

This cream lace measures 4.5 by 116 inches, it has organic design elements with stylized flowers and leaves, the flowers are quite small as you can see in the pic with my pinky finger in it for size reference, quite fine lace. This lace is in excellent, well cared for condition, it was stored in acid free archival paper and still has the little museum number tag on the edge

Wide Gold metalic and cream lace circa early 1900s Wide Gold metalic and cream lace circa early 1900s. This lace measures 8 by 72 inches, there is a bit more on each end, but I am only counting full width in this measurement. The deign elements look like stylized fruit, perhaps apples. There is one small hole in the counted measurements, the lace is otherwise good. The gold threads are used as an outline for the design and as an accent stripe, interesting style, the gold is still shiny.
