Set of 5 linen and lace napkins hand embroidered circa 1930s
Lovely set of 5 linen and lace napkins circa 1930s. These napkins measure 17 by 18 inches, the edges have filet lace, in one corner of each napkin is a needle lace insert surrounded by cutwork edged in blue hand embroidery. One napkin has a broken bridge, they are otherwise in very good condition, I have washed and pressed them.

Vintage linen hot roll cover with filet lace
This is a vintage linen and lace roll cover with filet lace from the 1930's. This roll cover measures 13 inches square, the handmade filet lace is applied by hand, 2 corners have hand embroidery and cutwork with lace filling. The filet lace at the edges is a bit grayed in places, the cover is otherwise in good condition, I have washed and pressed it.

Marghab linen napkins set of 8 Ponto Grega
This is a pristine set of 8 MARGHAB napkins pattern Ponto Grega. Marghab linens are no longer made, when they were, they were the pinnacle of Madeira needlework gracing the homes of presidents and royalty as well as the very wealthy, it has always been extremely expensive. These lovely napkins measure 16 by 17 inches, the white on white embroidery is of course perfection as is the case with all Marghab pieces, the linen is the finest available at that time. These napkins are in excellent condition and appear to have been little used.

This is a set of 4 linen/cotton blend napkins with hand embroidery and drawn work from the 1940's. The napkins measures 16 inches square, the hems are hand stitched with a row of drawn work, there is a hand embroidered flower in one corner with more drawn work for the leaves, very pretty! These napkins are in excellent condition, I have washed and pressed them.

This is a lovely beige linen roll cover with Battenburg lace from the mid 1900's. This roll cover measures 15 inches square, it is edged with pretty Battenburg lace and is in excellent condition, I have washed and pressed it.

Figural Irish linen damask napkin circa 1920's or 30's
This is a figural Irish linen damask napkin from the 1920's or 30's. This napkin measures 21 inches square, it appears to have been seldom used, the linen is thick, smooth and is of high quality. The damask pattern shows dogs, castles, Celtic symbols and shamrocks. The napkin is in excellent condition, I have washed and pressed it.

Set 8 Linen damask napkins circa 1930's or 40's
This is a set of 8 linen damask napkins from the 1930’s or 40’s. These napkins measure 21 by 22 inches, the hems are stitched by hand, the damask pattern is of chrysanthemums. The napkins are in excellent condition, I have washed and pressed them. These are lovely thick weighty napkins.

6 linen napkins handmade lace circa late 1800's
This is a set of 6 beautiful handmade linen napkins with lace circa late 1800’s. These napkins measure aprox. 16 inches square, the lace at the edges is not sewn on but rather is made from the linen by drawing out the unwanted threads and wrapping the remainder tightly with thread to create this lovely lace! The mosaic lace pattern on the corner is a basket of flowers. There is a small pink mark and a pea size stain on one napkin, they are otherwise in very good condition, I have washed and pressed them, lovely handwork!
