Antique cotton sheet with lace
This in a lovely antique cotton sheet with lace. This sheet measures 86 by 88 inches, the lace edging on the turndown is 4.5 inches wide, it is sewn to the sheet by machine. There are 2 small holes at the seams, there are also a few small light brown stains 1-3mm and some fraying at the lace corners, it is otherwise in good condition, I have washed and pressed it. Not perfect, but pretty!

Italian cotton sheet set 5pc circa 1930's
This is an antique cotton Italian sheet set 5pcs. from the 1930's. The set consists of a sheet measureing 90 by 95 inches and 4 pillowcases20.5 by 32 inches. The sheet has a scalloped edge with machine embroidered stitching and lovely cutwork designs with a 26 inch turnback, the bottom hem is also machine stitched, the pillow cases are machine sticthed with a scalloped edge and pretty cutwork designs. he set is not perfect, there are 2 grey smudges on the sheet near the middle (you won't see it when the bed is made), 3 pillowcases are in excellent condition, the 4th has an obvious 1 inch long darn on the front of the case, the set is otherwise in good condition, I have washed and pressed it. The cotton is quite sturdy and embroidered designs look hand done until you take a really close look.

Cotton sheet with hand made applique mid 1900's
This is a cotton sheet with appliqué and hand embroidery. This sheet measures 70 by 94 inches, the appliqué is applied by hand, the designs have roses and grapes. There is a faint stain near the top, the sheet is otherwise in excellent condition, I have washed and pressed it.

Quality cotton child's sheet hand stitched and embroidered c1920
This is a lovely child’s sheet all hand stitched of the finest quality cotton from about 1920. This sheet measures 46 by 64, it came from a wealthy estate that had only the very finest linens from the adults right on down to the infant linens, only the best would do! The cotton of this sheet is very soft and weighty, the mitered corners are stitched by hand with the hand stitched hem running all the way around the sheet, another signature of superb quality. The blue embroidered design is simple but elegant, the handwork is beautiful! This sheet is in excellent condition, I have washed and pressed it. This sheet would make a wonderful gift!

This sheet measures 43 by 65, it came from a wealthy estate that had only the very finest linens from the adults right on down to the infant linens, only the best would do! The cotton of this sheet is very soft and weighty, the mitered corners are stitched by hand with the hand stitched hem running all the way around the sheet, another signature of superb quality. The flowers and dot design embroidered on the turndown is simple but elegant, the handwork is beautiful (took a picture of the back of the embroidery as well as the front so you could see how wonderful it is)! This sheet is in excellent condition, I have washed and pressed it. This sheet would make a wonderful gift!

Quality cotton sheet deeply padded hand embr. circa early 1900s
Quality cotton sheet with lovely hand embroidery and CSR monogram circa early 1900s. This white cotton sheet measures 88 by 100 inches (large enough for a Queen bed), the bottom hem is machine stitched, the top hem is hand stitched with a row of hand drawnwork, the top center has a beautifully hand embroidered CSR monogram with rose buds , on each side of the monogram are hand embroidered flowers and leaves with a butterfly hovering over them, so pretty! There is a label at the bottom of the sheet that reads Corona guaranteed. There are 5 small stains on the sheet, it is otherwise in excellent condition, I have washed and pressed it. The cotton fabric is substantial but soft, the way the old cotton sheets get, they don't make them like this anymore!

This is a cotton sheet with hand embroidered flowers circa 1930's. This sheet measures 82 inches wide and 78 inches in length, the neatly hand embroidered flowers are on the center 3rd of the sheet. There is a very small tear near the top edge, the sheet is otherwise in good condition, I have washed and pressed it.

Italian cotton sheet 2 pillowcase set with cutwork circa 1900-20s
This is an Italian cotton sheet and 2 pillowcase set with cutwork and embroidery circa 1900-20's. This set consists of a sheet measuring 92 by 96(this will fit a queen bed) and 2 pillowcases 21 by 33 inches, the top of the sheet has scalloped edges and a 27 inch turndown with cutouts inside the scallops with cutwork and embroidered designs in the center and 2 corners. The cutwork is done by hand, as is the drawn work, the embroidery is machine done. The pillowcase has scalloped edges as well and the cutwork design is in the center. The sheet has one small 3mm stain, the set is otherwise in excellent condition, I have washed and pressed it.

Cotton sheet with crochet lace circa 1910-30s
Cotton sheet with hand crochet lace circa 1910-30s. This sheet measures 100 inches square, it has a 27 inch turndown which has hand crochet lace across the top and down the length of the turndown, it is made of three panels of cotton sticthed together lengthwise forming 2 flat seams, the top and bottom hems are machine stitched,it was obviously stitched up in someone's home. I have washed and pressed it but there are still a few small age stains remaining that should soak out with another wash or 2, it is otherwise in good condition. The cotton is sturdy and crisp, the antique kind that will wear well.

Crisp large cotton sheet circa 1930-40s
Crisp, sturdy cotton sheet circa 1930-40s. This White sheet measures 90 inches square, this is one of those old cotton sheets that wear like iron, its substantial, not like the flimsy ones made today, these are the kind like grandma had. There are 3 blue specs, the sheet is otherwise in excellent condition, I have washed it, but not ironed. This sheet came from a large estate in Springfield Mass.
