Coasters 19c linen and battenburg tape lace This is a set of 6 late 19c linen coasters with tape lace. These 11.5 inch (corner to corner) coasters have homespun linen inserts. 5 are in very good condition, 1 has some broken brides. I have washed and pressed them.

Linen Madeira coasters or mats circa 1930 This is a set of 2 large linen coasters or mats fron Madeira. These mats measure 9.5 inches in diameter, they have scalloped edges with hand embroidered butonhole stitches, each scallop is embellished with cutwork and more embroidery. The mats are in excellent condition, I have washed and pressed them. Very elegant!

Coasters linen c1930's hand embroidered This is a set of linen coasters circa 1930's. This set consists of 4 coasters 4 inches in diameter, 2 coasters 6 inches in diameter and 5 coasters 7.5 inches in diameter. These coasters have scalloped edges with hand embroidered buttonhole stitches, their design is elegantly simple. There is one tiny faint spoy on one of the 4 inch coasters, they are all otherwise in excellent condition, I have washed and pressed them.

Set 11 handmade linen coasters with lacecirca late 1800's This is a set of 11 beautiful handmade linen coasters or more like square tea doilies with lace and monogram circa late 1800’s. These coasters measure aprox. 8 inches square, the lace at the edges is not sewn on but rather is made from the linen by drawing out the unwanted threads and wrapping the remainder tightly with thread to create this lovely lace! The mosaic lace pattern on the corner has a T monogram with a vine on either side framing the monogram. The coasters are in excellent condition, I have washed and pressed them, lovely handwork!

Society silk coaster or goblet round circa 1900 This is a society silk and linen coaster or goblet round circa about 1900. Society silk pieces were those pieces done by well to do ladies who had the money and the skill to work in silk, these were the piece they took with them to work on when they went on social calls and such to show off their needle working skills. This goblet round measures 6.5 inches in diameter including the fringe the silk embroidery is a shiny gold. This piece is in very good condition, i have washed and pressed it.

3 society silk coasters or goblet rounds circa about 1900 This is a set of 3 lovely society silk linen coasters of goblet rounds circa about 1900. There is a small light stain on one, they are otherwise in very good-excellent condition, I have washed and pressed them.
