Linen towel drawnwork and embroidery This is a pretty towel with drawnwork and floral embroidery. This towel measures 14 by 22.5 inches, the rose is an early machine embroidery probably from the 1930's or 40's, you need to use a loop to see that it is machine stitching that was guided by hand. I have washed it but there is still a bit of age coloring, it should come out in another soak. The linen is of high quality, its very soft and supple. The towel is in good condition.
