Unused handwoven linen hanky made in France circa 1930's
This is a beautiful unused hand woven linen hanky made in France circa 1930's. This hanky measures 12 inches square, the edges are hand rolled and stitched, the design elements are fancy scrolls, there is a paper label is one corner that reads handwoven made in France. The weaving is beautifully done by a skilled artisan. This hanky is in excellent never used condition.

This is a lovely linen and handmade fine Burato lace wedding hanky from the early 1900’s. This hanky measures 10 inches square including the 3 inch deep lace which is hand embroidered onto the linen, the design elements are floral with berries. This hanky is in very good condition, I have washed and pressed it.

This is a linen hanky or glove bag with hand embroidery and cutwork from the 1920’s. This piece measures 4.5 by 10.5 when closed, the front flap closure has scalloped edges with hand embroidered stitching. The seams are Frenched to be extra strong, the desihn elements are floral with hand embroidered flowers at the corners. This piece is in excellent condition, I have washed and pressed it.

This hanky measures 10 inches square, the fabric is a handkerchief weight fine linen lawn, the handmade Brussels lace is stitched by hand to the linen with tiny almost invisible stitches. The design elements of the lace are floral. This hanky is in excellent condition, I have washed and pressed it.

This diminutive hanky measures 9 inches square, the fabric is a fine linen lawn with Point de Gaze lace hand stitched at the edge with tiny almost invisible stitches, in one corner is a point de gaze flowers, very pretty, the hanky is in excellent condition, I have washed and pressed it.

This is a linen wedding hanky with handmade Binche lace circa 1900. This diminutive hanky measures 8 inches square, the highly collectible Binche lace is hand sewn to the fine linen lawn fabric using tiny stitches. The lace has the characteristic snow background that Binche lace is famous for, very lovely! This hanky is in excellent condition, I have washed and pressed it.

This is a pretty linen hanky with appliqué flowers and hand embroidery circa 1930-40's. This hanky measures 12.5 inches square, the edges are hand rolled and stitched, and there is a row of drawnwork near the edge. In each corner are drawnwork diamonds with appliqué flowers and dainty hand embroidered flowers. There are 2 small brown spots near the center of the hanky, it is otherwise in very good condition, I have washed and pressed it.

This is a lovely linen wedding hanky with Brussels mixed lace circa 1870-80's. This hanky measures 12 inches square, the lace is hand stitched to the linen, the lace had Point de Gaze inserts with floral design elements. There are some holes in the Point de Gaze lace, the hanky is otherwise in very good condition, I have washed and pressed it.

Linen and lace hanky with hand embroidered mono circa 1930-40s
Lovely unused linen and lace hanky with hand embroidered MAS monogram circa 1930-40s. This hanky measures 11 inches square including the 1 inch wide lace at the edge. The lace is hand stitched to the linen, in one corner is a hand embroidered MAS monogram amid drawnwork lace diamonds, the embroidery is beautifully done using very tiny stitches perfectly placed. This hanky is in excellent condition, I have washed it for the first time and pressed it so it will be fresh for you!
